Effective
DigiGraf is a place-based community service from Cutting Edge Business Solutions, LLC (CEWEBDEV). These terms cover use of its website and app. Questions and reports can be sent to tony@cewebdev.com.
Your account and contributions
Use an account you control, keep its sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Do not impersonate someone, misuse another person's account or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to share photos and other material involving other people.
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give DigiGraf permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service, subject to the selected Digi's visibility and moderation rules. Public contributions may be seen or shared by other people. Anonymous posting changes what viewers see, not the association between a contribution and its account in DigiGraf's records.
Places and acceptable use
Follow the rules of the Digi and the physical venue. A listing, map pin, token or cash-drop preview does not grant permission to enter private property. Do not trespass, create dangerous situations, harass others, publish unlawful content or expose someone's private information without permission. Do not manipulate likes, scans, task completion or reward claims. Report inappropriate posts using the available controls or contact us. Curators and DigiGraf can restrict access or remove content when addressing misuse or community rules.
Location and availability
New posts require a current precise device location. You can browse using manual area search when location permission is unavailable. Maps, venue information and token placement can be incomplete or change. Check the location and venue rules yourself. A static NFC link does not prove physical attendance. Features and access can change during the beta, and availability is not guaranteed.
Cash drops
Live cash funding and bank payouts are disabled in this beta. Clearly marked sandbox amounts and test transactions are for testing and do not create a promise of real earnings. A preview or unconfirmed claim does not reserve a reward. Any future live-money service requires separately published payment, eligibility, fee and refund terms before it is enabled.
Privacy and leaving
The DigiGraf privacy notice describes the service's information practices. Sign-out and app removal do not delete your server account. Contact tony@cewebdev.com for account or deletion help. Updated terms will identify their effective date.
