Tell us what happened, your DigiGraf display name and whether you’re using the app or website. Include the error you see, if there is one.

Never send your password or a password reset link.

If you joined with Apple, Google or X, use that same sign-in button. A social sign-in account does not need a DigiGraf password.

For an email and password account, request a password reset.

Open your Digi and choose Edit Digi to change its name or description. The button appears for its owner and approved curators.

If you cannot see it, check that you are signed in with the account that manages the Digi.
